Carbines

Description
The mod
Adds two carbines, one semi-automatic and the other burst-firing, with custom graphics and sounds. They should be balanced to lie somewhere roughly between the heavy SMG and the assault rifle, with the semi-automatic variant being more accurate. They are unlocked after researching gas operation.

Alright, just pushed a small update to increase the accuracy of both variants and adjusted the cooldown a little. I don't play with vanilla much - mostly just with CE - so my knowledge of balancing is a little lacking. Be happy to fiddle with the values a little more if needed.

Sorry it took a while to finally get this fix pushed out; been pretty busy for a while and this kept slipping my mind when I had free time.

@Draconis: It shouldn't fire any slower, I've never made any changes to its fire rate as far as I remember.

Might be updating this soon enough either way to tune up the accuracy and I'll take a look at the fire rate when I do.

Yeah I have been using this mod since it was released though it seems to fire a little slower now? The semi auto rifle seems to be a bit faster then it.

@ScrapyardBob: You might be right. I'll have a look at messing with the accuracy at some point soon.

I feel like both are a little inaccurate for when you can obtain them and the other stock weapons that they go up against. Maybe 70/75/65/40 to compete with the recurve bow for the single-shot carbine.
