Adds smoke effect to designated thrusters

Usage
Group any thrusters that you want to be affected, under "smoke" in the terminal

I hope this gets fixed, I just made my first atmosphere-capable capital ship couple day ago, and I ABSOLUTELY NEED it to take off like the ships in Infinite Warfare :(
