The game has update to a new version. Many mods have broken, yours may be included.
This has been your Obligatory 1.3 Update Notice.
The mod definitely works on current version (1.2). However, you still need to manage your planting just a bit to ensure your crops can actually sync up. I watched my fields closely for a while to see how it works.
I.e. if half your plants are at 60% and half are at 0%, they won't manage to sync up by the time you harvest the more-grown half. Then when you re-plant, the plants that were formerly being accelerated will then be slowed, by a comparable amount. In this situation, the two halves of your field will never sync up (or at least it takes an insanely long time).
So yeah, it 100% works. If you watch closely enough, you can see it in action. You can customize the amount by which it tweaks growth rates - which may alleviate this issue if you turn it all the way up.
Anyway, awesome mod. I still prefer it to the other growth-sync mods out there.
