Syracuse unit expansion for DEi

Description
This mod adds various italian and hellenic units to Syracuse

Syracuse can now recruit mercenaries like Carthage with various celt, african and greek mercenaries available.

All credits to DEI for those units.

This mod should be run before DEI packs in the launcher
