**UPDATE*

Removed the building changes. The vanilla changes are probably prone to change soon and I have to balance test the new update first to get a feeling.


My continued attempt to make Empire Size/Admin Cap more challenging...

Note: This can be a bit hard at first, need feedback to balance it out :)

Districts reduce Empire Size now
-> Concentrating Business/Production results in less bureaucracy :)

Doubled Empire Size from colonies
Tripled Empire Size from systems
AdminCap base 30 -> 40

Higher tech cost penalty + higher tech cost with growing empire size
Slightly lower tradition cost penalty

Added Planet Limit to Bureaucratic Buildings

Leader upkeep/cost per empire size
Campaign cost increase per empire size

Governing ethics attraction malus
Crime malus
Pop growth/assembly reduction on penalty

Trade value bonus on penalty

Maybe also give bonuses if you're significantly above your admin cap. That there is an advantage to having lots of beaurocrats around.

@raegorn planets back to vanilla and systems tripled instead of doubled. sadly I cannot differentiate between habitats and planets

how did you change it? Reduced the panet admin or maked it so habitat are considered different?

I would reduce the empire size from planets and increase from systems. Or ideally, make a planet different from a habitat, this changes are so bad for Void Dwellers.
