Basilisk Mk.II [FRONTIERS UPDATE]

Speed demon is a nickname sometimes given to this sub. It's high speed comes from experimental prototype engine and allows it to perform a fast strike assault or an emergency rescue response role.

Mk.II changes : The vessel was dry docked for adding medical fabricator to better support longer journeys into the heart of Europa. Also adjusted the ship parameters for New Frontiers Update.

Armament : 3 Coil Guns, 1 Rail Gun with conventional and nuclear ammo
Recommend Crew Members : 3 - 5
Crew Experience : Intermediate
Comparable Navy Ship Type : Destroyer

Strengths/Features :
- Very high top speed
- Custom Rail Gun with slightly faster firing rate and nuclear ammunition
- Integrated pumps into ballast system for effective flood control

Weaknesses :
- High speed is a double-edged sword, requires skilled captain to at the helm
- No battery back up (no model currently exist to handle it's engine power spike)
- Power grid hiccups may occur during full engine thrust

Creator's Note : One of the sub quickly put together in one evening sitting. Turns out better than expected.
