Hello and welcome to my HOI4 mod !

In this simple mod, you will be able to play as the greatest nation to ever exist, the Vooperian Empire !
This mod is an updated version of Spike Viper's own mod using the Novum Vexillum mod to set the country in modern times

You probably should have used a submod tutorial because you just copied all of the NV files and added your files as well even if you didn't have to copy all of the NV files.
