well manstein at the begining of the war was the best , then zhurkov was the best near the end of the war , or eisenhower i dont know

Germany defated France because Manstein Plan (Sichelschnittplan).
Manstein was the best ww2 officer, in my opinion.

many of those campaings were lost and Rodion Malinovsky defeated him constantly.
