Description
Marder Fighter Launch Facility

Launch the Marder Strike Fighter into orbit HALO style and engage hostiles using its 8 rocket pods and gatling gun array. Launch stage comes with a parachute for easy recovery and re-usability, and facility now includes recovery vehicles aswell!

  • Added Recovery Vehicles (2x MRV, Marder Recovery Vehicle)
  • Added Launch Stage Projector into facility, removing the need to recover Launch Stage!
Fighter Replacement:
  1. Transport Fighter + Launch Stage to facility OR Construct Launch Stage on site, transport fighter only
  2. Fighter (+ Launch Stage) Must be vertical to insert into facility from main top blast door.
  3. Lower Fighter (+ Launch Stage) into position, strength of connector will hold it in place
  4. Hit RESET
  5. Ready to launch!
Mind strong gyroscopes on MRV for compensation of transport weight

Launch Procedure:
  1. Check that all bridges are RAISED, main blast door closed!
  2. Press any "Launch" button (in command centre/cockpit), leave thruster groups OFF!
  3. Turn off Inertia dampeners!
  4. Sit back until <0.10 earth gravity
  5. Detach Launch Stage (Toolbar 2, button 4)
  6. Inertia dampeners ON, thrusters ON
  7. Engage hostiles!
  8. Launch stage recovery/reconstruction, rearm launch facility with new or old fighter
  9. Repeat!
It is also possible to dock the fighter to a launch ready Launch Stage by itself, no MRV needed.
