Description

A nation I made because I was bored and wanted a challenge!

An orange cat has taken a small french town of 500 inhabitants and plans to conquer the world with it! There's a slight issue, though. He has no industry, no resources, and little manpower...how will he do it?

It is possible, as I have done it, but will require some paratroopin'!

Features:
-No custom focus tree because that'd be too easy
-Fancy generals
-Yeah that's about it

Disclaimer: Not very fleshed out, mostly intended as a challenge.

So...can YOU find a way to bring the Ginger Cat Empire to victory? If so...tell me how you did it!

@Elowiny Just tested it, it does work with the new 1.9.1 beta patch. You get 4 civs from the focus tree pretty much right away anyway. I'm curious though how else you would do it. the manpower really is a problem, even with the fascist focuses you cant get enough to field a single paratrooper and a transport plain.

Takes a while to get enough civs to make an agency, though. But would probably work!
