Choose Your own bed! - Capitalism stage one

This mod changes how beds are assigned, because getting the best bed is the first step to capitalism.

Colonists will now change beds every 3 (Configurable) days. When they choose new beds, they will now select the best bedroom available instead of the closest.

Bed assignment will prefer bedrooms to barracks and consider the rooms impressiveness. Colonists in barracks will try to find a better bed every time they sleep.

A bed can be marked to be ignored by the system with the “Toggle Rentability” button on the bed (near the assign button). If a bed is not rentable colonists will not automatically assign themselves. If a colonist was already assigned or gets assigned to a bed that is or becomes unrentable, they will never loose their lease. And stop all related behavior.

This mod is planned to provide a base for a system to turn the normally communist rimworld into a capitalist utopia. *

Dninemfive also gave me some tips, but its not his fault. valrossenOliver debugged with me for 6 hours in the middle of the night but if it breaks again its on me.
