Midgetman HML w Cluster Missile MKII (BROKEN)

Newest launcher the Midgetman HML with another missile design. This missile was designed to compete with the 2P19's missile, being only 4 blocks wide opposed to 7, 40 blocks long instead of 43, and 8 more clusters while holding the same PCU. Controls are posted up in the cockpit for each seat.

The launcher is the U.S. Hard Mobile Launcher or HML, the tractor was developed by Boeing in 1986. Both the real life tractor and trailer were designed to withstand the blast of a nuclear device (This one can't :)). The missile carried was the MGM-134, I call this missile the MGM-48 for the 48 clusters.

To avoid a strange phasing bug with the launch tube, you will need to be on very level ground, I was able to provide a fix in this version that has reduced the issue but not entirely fixed. =/
