Craftsmanship

Description
Pawns who share a passion for a particular skill will occasionally chat about it. When this happens, the less experienced pawn gains skill XP based on the difference in skill levels and their overall proficiency.

The greater the skill gap, the more likely these conversations are to occur, and the more experience the learner will gain. These chats also improve the social relationship between the participants.

XP gained through these interactions respects the daily learning cap — pawns who have already trained a skill significantly that day will receive less bonus XP from conversation.

The chance for these events to occur can be configured in the mod settings, ranging from 0% (never) to 100% (always).

The XP gained can now be adjusted as well.

✅ Safe to add to existing save games.
⚠️ Removing the mod from an ongoing save may cause issues.

I think, it`ll be a bit hard to "understand" a difference on user`s side )
But I`ll try!) maybe, both?)

They seem to be pretty darn similar. Pawn Education was around long before my rendition of this, try them both and see which one you like better!

according to log: RGB(A) Compressed BC7 needs texture in multiple of 4
maybe changing hammer mote to 256 form 255 would fix it

Yeah that removed the error, though I did notice meele.png when removing the dds files :D. Thanks.

Ah no worries, cheers

I only mentioned them because those are the two most common was to generate DDS textures haha

I use either rimpy nor rimsort, but I'll try it regardless if it won't cause problems
Jellypowered  [author] Aug 29 @ 7:57pm
Delete all the dds textures in the motes folder. This won't break anything, dds are optional, the last update of rimworld added support for dds but they may use a different implementation than rimpy/rimsort dds generation.
