Description
Updated 11/01/2022, Removed settings for now, as the settings helper I was using does not play nicely yet.
Updated 4/16/2020 with less frequent crafts chat, and added German Translation.

Pawns will often chat about skills they both are passionate in.
The less skilled pawn will then gain experience in that field.
If the difference is high they will chat more often and will gain more xp by chatting about that skill.
Also pawns that have shared passions and chat about them will like each other more.

Xp gain respects the daily XP limit in regard that xp gain is reduced if the pawn acquired the points themselves regularly.

You can run this mod with an existing save game. Removing might give problems though.

Yea this mod is little bit OP BUT the more skill colonist has more wealth he generates so it kinda balances itself

Can you please add some mod settings? I love the idea of the mod but I think it's too strong, after a few months-a year of in game time pawns end up being super strong, like everyone has at least a 7 in every skill. Frequency of craftsmanship interactions and XP gained per interaction would be great to start with. thanks.

Hey, this doesn't seem to be taking the Talking stat into account. I have a slave without a tongue, and she's chattering away, but only with Craftsmanship talk events.
