Description
Adds animations for escorting a captive with ACE.




Like all of my GGE mods, this is a WIP and will be updated/changed over time.

Huge thanks to CAGE and Taxer Milsim for helping me test features and providing feedback and suggestions.

I don't know if there is a specific reason, but the keys are missing in both the GGE captives and the GGE NVG animation.

@deewinn05 as far as i can see its easy just handcuff with ace and escort them
