This mod breaks the IEDD Notebook mod.

Anybody know of a diff mod that ads captive anims?

I don't know if there is a specific reason, but the keys are missing in both the GGE captives and the GGE NVG animation.

@Goobin Anyone else having issues with animations not working on a dedicated server? I am running the mod both client side and server side (which maybe is not needed and causing a conflict?) Any insight is appreciated.

This is a really useful mod, however I can't seem to get this working for AI units.

When I direct an AI unit to escort another unit using a call to "ACE_captives_fnc_doEscortCaptive", the animation doesn't seem to play. Am I doing anything wrong? A quick look through the code in "gge_captives_fnc_init.sqf" seems to reference the player directly rather than a generic unit - does this mean it won't work for AI units regardless of what I do?

Any help much appreciated.

I have a solution that has been working quite well for mods I publish, using the BI Addon builder rather than third party packers, which is a pain, I know. but it has worked for me, sometimes it only works if it has been binarized.

REQUEST: Addon reupload

Hello,
I would like to use your addons and reupload it into one of our „private" addons (private addon is pack of various mods with bisign keys problems on linux servers - for use only in Arma 3 for my clan and/or in joint operations with our friends). Of course with propper links to original mods and thanks to the author.

BTW: Great job mate, can't wait to use it in multiplayer env. Thanks [AFTP]Golas :)

Just tested the mod, it causes people to get kicked off the server when they try to join with it, can you please fix this?

Just experienced a bug during testing before recommending my unit add this to our modpack. When starting out escorting a prisoner with a sidearm out, the animation works fine, however when I switch to my rifle whilst still escorting, my rifle goes up like it is supposed to except my hand continues to act like the rifle is being held pointing forwards.

This also happens when starting out holding a rifle, it works fine when starting to escort, then if I switch to my sidearm it does the correct animation again, but when I then switch back to the rifle again the same issue happens. If my description wasn't clear enough let me know and I'll try and explain it further.

Other than this one small thing this and all your other mods are brilliant and I'll definitely be putting them forward to add to our modpack!

If I have bikeys enabled on the server and have the 'goobin.bikey' loaded from one of your other mods (core or weapon swap) that contains the key I'm unable to successfully connect (signature failure).

Would it be possible to create separate bikeys for each of the individual mods you have and/or check that your bikeys cover your entire mod-range?

Hi, awsome mod!! is it possible you could make a simular one but with like a panick anim. for the captive or covering his head when moving? so you would be abel to escort your HVT to safty,, you would have my sub. thx for your work.

@Viper Sounds like there might be some sort of conflict between mods you are using because all of my GGE mods work in multiplayer.

This mod is a great idea. Suggestion for further improvement: Can you add an option to either blindfold and gag the prisoner, or put a hood over his head? This would add even more realism to the taking prisoner animation.

@Eddy, Ace typically breaks, or does not allow the fullest extent of use whenever an AI controlled by Zeus uses it.

Hi, found a bug: If you join a MP-Game as "Virtual Zeus" and control an AI, animations will not work for you (only using ace and this mod)

@Sir. Vapenation - Using ACE mod (Look at ACE - Captives) you can make unit surrender via editor or triggers and scripting. You can also cuff anyone who let you come close enough

Hi thanks for this mod, awesome idea...but as mentioned below there are some issues with weapons.
We found that you hold both primary and secondary weapons in free hand if you escort a prisoner, i was not able to fire my pistol during escort.
Also if the detainee has a primary weapon it seem to be slung in front of him (i suppose this is intentional).
Hope these issues can be sorted then this will be a must have mod for ace users
