Description
Allow royalty to do all the work without any class restrictions.
Edit to reach the upper royal ranks that are locked.
Added 2 Calling Elite Agents with a higher rank.

This is a combined version of the two modes.

The standalone "working royalty" works, but the "unlock emperor" part needs to be updated.

Having issues, only have this mod loaded along with royalty tweaks, not sure if that is causing conflict? Thank you and keep up your great work

Speaking about the royal speech, it looks like the cooldown of royal speech disappears when this mod loaded (enabling royals can make speech continuously). Trying to find more details about that.

Bug Issue #2 it makes it so you cannot receive the throne speech ability which I had to disable and re enable this mod to fix but bug 1 is still an issue
