Byzantine Empire Restored [WIP]

Description
This is a mod that is currently a WIP, I am currently working on adding more depth to the gameplay, and also a full focus tree. Stay tuned for updates.

What is this mod:
This mod adds the byzantine empire to Hoi4. It adds a new dynamic to the game and a new power that one has to deal with, or play as
It also allows you to choose which ideology you want with an event that happens on the second month of the game, which also makes the AI randomize what ideology byzantine goes for.
Hint: If you want the byzantine empire name for your country, choose fascism

Future plans:
-Fix advisors/theorists
-Full focus tree
-Removing the event that chooses your ideology and instead adding a focus tree that allows you to choose.
-More fleshed out rulers
-More events
-Possibly future run off mods that allow germany to reform the HRE

I am working on all the ideology leaders, thats going to be in the next few updates for it. Right now they are just randomized. Going to be doing it along with portraits for all the generals.

I chose this color after trying for like 25 minutes to get a deep purple in the game but the RGB color code for the game would not work with purple, so I went with a brownish red, as if it was bright red it would be too similar to the soviets.
