Better Baricades

Description
In vanilla Rimworld, the only important difference between barricades and sandbags is material used in their consctruction, making barricades, in my opinion, redundant. This mod aims to rework both barricades and sandbags and give them both purpose, to make them different without being too overpovered.

- Barricades are now much more durable, but take long to build and cost more material. They are also no longer
flammable.

- Sandbags can be now uninstalled and are cheaper and quicker to build.

- Increased cover given by barricades to 75% (vs vanilla 57%)

- Increased cover given by Sandbags to 65% (vs vanilla 57%)

- Decreased sandbags weight.

With this changes, barricades are now better for static base defences, while sandbags are useful if you need to set up cover quickly, if you need to defeat enemy outpost, for example.

Don't forget that mechanoid clusters and sieges can use barricades too.

Config error in Sandbags: has stackLimit > 1 but also has drawGUIOverlay = false.
UnityEngine.StackTraceUtility:ExtractStackTrace ()
Verse.Log:Error (string)

Would seem harmless but the stacklimit also does not seem to work. Only allows 1 sandbag per stockpile tile instead of the 25 according to the xml file.

Been using this for a while but does it still work with 1.2?

If you'd like, I can amend your patches to add these tests and send over the file for you to use.

Hey, I noticed you're adding tags to sandbags and other things without first testing if other mods already added those tags. You should use a PatchOperationSequence containing both a PatchOperationTest with the Invert success tag and then your PatchOperationAdd. Otherwise, you get duplicate XML errors on startup if another mod (Fertile Fields for instance) adds those tags before your mod loads.

I'll give this a shot. I've been looking for a mod that lets you move barricades, and making it so that it only works on sandbags is a pretty good idea. 75% does seem a bit strong for cover but I'll see what it's like in action. Thanks.
