Additional Operatives (10 Spies)

A quick mod to give you additional operatives when using La Resistance DLC. Instead of the 3 available to all nations and 1 for every 2 faction members if spy master, this mod gives:

3 for building the agency
2 for building Localized Training Centers
1 for building Interrogation Techniques
1 for building Commando Training
1 for building Diplomatic Training
1 for building Psychological Warfare
1 from political advisor

This should give base countries a total of 10 operatives if fully upgraded. This should allow for more diversity in your games, especially early on. I don't claim this mod to be anywhere near balanced, this is for fun only.
