Use Exort to semi-passive farm until lvl 4 (cold snap), from there snap harass. Keep checking mini-map for ppl running or battles happening and add SS to it, time with stuns/disables over just going for kill.

Midas is key, will allow exp from 1 lvl 6 creep = 1 creep wave, will allow you to outlevel and pump exort damage.

Use Snap, and SS early game. Use elementals to farm/gank once you get 2. Blast, ice wall and met from there as mana pool allows. Sparing use early since they will drain your mana.
