MG42 machinegun Vanilla

Description
A MG42 machinegun. Good for suppresive fire and engaging large groups of enemies. Made for vanilla game version 1.0 , updated so support game versions up to 1.3.

@Mlie Because they added a new tagging of version in 1.1 and returned to the original in 1.1patch#1. If done so in 1.1 patch#0 it threw error code on launch and I found it anoying.

Why make a separate 1.1 version? Why not just add support for 1.1 using the multi-version system added in 1.0: https://steamcommunity.com/games/294100/announcements/detail/1703951108841054240
