Spawn's fireflies above grass at night, they flicker and flutter around. A recreation of a removed feature.

question: is this mod aware of Water mod, allowing fireflies to appear only above grass above the waterline?

I don't think the 'above grass' part is working properly.
I can regularly see these things in deep holes, enclosed tunnels, and in stations supported above the ground.
