Description
The Forge event has been ReForged! ReForged is the successor to Forged Forge; optimized for new content and modding support. This mod comes up with a bunch of new features that are not included in the Forge event or Forged Forge. To see all of the new features check out our patch notes. Some of the core new features include:

Voting
Players can now vote in the lobby! This means you can now vote to kick any idlers in your lobby! You can start a vote by hitting the button for the desired vote. Votes include:
  • Kicking
  • Change Game Settings
  • Force Start
  • Cancel Force Start
  • Levels
Players can now earn experience when completing games. Players have an account level and character levels. The account level is the players cumulative experience of all games, while the character level is the experience gained when playing that specific character. This is purely cosmetic and does not unlock any items, but as your level increases you will notice that your player badge will change!

Game Settings Panel
A new panel has been created which allows users to change the settings of the current game either through voting or using your admin to force change the settings. With this comes a bunch of interchangeable settings:
Modes
  • Forge S01: Mobs behave as they did in the first Forge event. This currently does not affect item drops.
  • Forge S02: Mobs behaves as they did in the second Forge event. For instance, Boarilla gains the ability to roll. This also currently does not affect item drops.
  • ReForged: This is our own version of the Forge where we attempt to balance the game by changing mob behaviors, weapons, character perks, and anything else to enhance the experience. For example, Abigail gains a new ability in the mode! This will be continuously updated based on community feedback.
Difficulties
  • Normal
  • Hard: Changes mob behaviours and adds balance changes to make a Forger's life more difficult. Good Luck! (Art assets are still being developed for this)
Gametypes
  • Forge
  • Classic Red Light/Green Light: RL/GL returns from Forged Forge. Be sure not to move on Red Light!
  • Red Light/Green Light: A new version of RL/GL that has more lights to make things more difficult.
Wavesets
  • Classic: The original waveset from the first Forge event.
  • Twin Boarillas
  • Rhinocebros
  • Swineclops
  • Double Trouble Classic: Mob spawns are doubled for the Classic waveset.
  • Double Trouble: Mob spawns are doubled for the Swineclops waveset.
  • Half the Wrath: Less mobs and they are all weaker.
  • Sandbox: No waves, just play around using the admin menu. Needs to be turned on in the settings and at least one player will want to be admin.
Mutators
  • Mob Stats: Adjust the damage, defense, health, and speeds of all mobs.
  • Battlestandard Efficiency: Adjust the multiplier of banners.
  • No Sleep: Heal Auras no longer put mobs to sleep.
  • No Revives
  • No HUD
  • Friendly Fire

Maps
  • Lava Arena

History
Another new tab has been created to display all of the runs you have completed in ReForged. This has been ported over from the Forge Detailed Summary mod and updated to include all of the new settings this mod has. It will only display runs from this mod. Do not worry, your runs from Forged Forge and the Forge event are untouched and unharmed by us and we may include them later on.

Modding
Every feature seen above and much more are fully mod compatible. This means that modders can easily create new modes, difficulties, gametypes, characters, pets, and anything else using our helper functions. If you need help with creating content for this mod then stop by our discord and post in our modding channel. We will gladly help you out. Here is a list of guides and API to help you with your modding:

i tested it with no other mods active, and it still crashes, help!!

getting mod crash on the client side when connecting to a server but nothing in server logs. it shows users connecting normally.

They removed and reworked how the slingshot asset works, I'm working on a patch to fix it.
