The more defensive variation of the 44DM2 Shaolin Hot-Wings! Use the two in combination!


Make sure that you the manager, are responsible for opposition instructions and touchline instructions (Staff > Responsibilities > Tactics / Match Day). Otherwise your staff will ruin the tactic during the matches and as mentioned in the top line of this, don't forget to use the 44DM2 Shaolin Hot-Wings tactic to!

You know the score, Norwich, no transfers, holiday the season.
The results were quite expected. This isn't meant to be a main tactic, but is to be used in conjuction with it's hotter counterpart.
9th first season without transfers still isn't the worst for little Norwich and just like in real life they got some big wins.
2-1 away at Man City
2-1 home against Man Utd
4-0 home against Chelsea (in the cup)
1-0 home against Tottenham

Also without that dip of form at the end, they may have achieved better but I wasn't expecting a great deal, thus to do it I haven't uploaded as many screenshots as simply, I don't think it's needed here.

Throw-ins and Corners have been set up.
DR takes left side set pieces.
DL takes right side set pieces.

Demand More Every 15 Minutes when actually playing the match (I couldn't do this due to holidaying).

Not used in this tactic however if you want to use them I have created a fantastic OI guide on steam.

I let my Assistant Manager do the general training
For individual training I do the player's role and often specify an attribute they need to improve upon for that role.
