Make sure that you the manager, are responsible for opposition instructions and touchline instructions (Staff > Responsibilities > Tactics / Match Day). Otherwise your staff will ruin the tactic during the matches.

There is also a seperate tactic, dubbed Cold-Wings that is more defensive, recommended to use this when holding the lead.

You know the score, Norwich, no transfers, load the tactic in with plenty of friendlies and holiday the season. Fitness and morale was frozen throughout the league to try and remove some RNG.

Absolutely outstanding! Honestly was quite surprised by it and it can only be better with using the Cold-Wings tactic along side it.

Throw-ins and Corners have been set up.
DR takes left side set pieces.
DL takes right side set pieces.

Demand More Every 15 Minutes when actually playing the match (I couldn't do this due to holidaying).

Not used in this tactic however if you want to use them I have created a fantastic OI guide on steam.

I let my Assistant Manager do the general training
For individual training I do the player's role and often specify an attribute they need to improve upon for that role.
