1- Scouts (feudal age+, husbandry)
They are pretty slow in dark age, but once you hit feudal they are the fastest units in the game, even faster than their upgraded light cav and hussar versions
2- Light Cavalry, Hussar (husbandry)
Although slower than Scouts, they are still faster than all other units
3- Camel -heavy- / Mangudai -elite- (husbandry)
These are the fastest gold units in the game, with camels moving faster than the knight line u can easily chase them down, also camels are faster than mamelukes (which they counter in small numbers) so you can chase them down too

Mangudai being so fast can easily be used for kiting and killing siege with hit and run tactics
4- Cavalry archer -heavy- / Mameluke -elite- (husbandry)
Slower than camels and mangudai, but are still faster than all other heavy cavalry, so you can chase down knights with mamelukes pretty easily. Also Cav archers being faster than knights you can easily raid enemies and run back to your town safely without getting chased by knights.
5- Trade Cart (Caravan)
Researching Caravan makes them move X2 faster, which makes them faster than heavy cavalry (with husbandry researched).

When caravan is not researched, they can be chased down using eagle wariors and some infantry. So caravan is really essential for heavy gold income and better safety for carts if trade route is being raided.
6- Heavy Cavalry / Cataphract -elite- / tarakan -elite- (husbandry)
Knights / Cavaliers / Paladins are only faster than elite eagles when husbandry is researched
7- Elite Eagle Warrior / Conquistador -elite- (squires, husbandry)
Elite eagle warriors are the fastest infantry in the game, even faster than celtic woad raiders, slightly slower than heavy cavalry, they are also alot faster than plumed archers.

Conquistador is the slowest of cavalry, never the less they are pretty powerful in close combat. They also die pretty quickly to Mamelukes (which are alot faster), so getting chased by them could deal lots of damage to your units.
8- Woad Raiders -elite- (celts)
Although are slower than Elite Eagle Warriors, they are still faster than all other infantry. Note that celts don't get squires, they have 15% speed by default for infantry.
9- War Wagons -elite- / King (husbandry)
Kings have default speed, not affected by any research, can only be chased by cav and couple of infantry

War wagons are only as fast as kings if husbandry is researched
10- Eagle Warrior / Plumed Archer -elite-
Plumed archers are the fastest archers in the game, this can really help with micro against other archer units, they also got higher piercing armor than any other archer in the game.

Eagle warriors are slower than their elite units, but have similar speed to that of plumed archers
11- Berserk -elite- / Huskarl -elite- (squires)
Both are faster than most other infantry
12- Samurai -elite- / Jaguar -elite- / Pikes / Missionary (squires)
Husbandry doesn't affect missionaries, neither do fervor work (not sure if it should affect missionaries anyways). This makes missionary as fast as pikemen and halbs

Pikes are spearmen, pikemen and halberdiers
13- Militia line (squires)
Militia, Men at arms, Long swordsman, Two handed and Champion have same speed, they are only faster than archers with squires researched, otherwise they are slower
14- Villagers (wheelbarrow & hand cart)
When both researches done, villagers are slightly faster than archers
15- Archery range units / Chu Ko Nu -elite- / Longbowman -elite- / Janissary -elite-
Archery range units: Archer, Crossbow, Arbalest, Hand Cannoneer, Skirmisher -elite-

All these units share the same speed and have no speed upgrade
16- Throwing Axeman -elite-
Since franks don't get squires, the throwing axeman unit is slow compared to other infantry, and by default slower than archers
17- Petard / Trebuchet
They are still faster than teutonic knights
18- Teutonic Knights -elite- (squires)
Even with squires researched they are still very slow, they are slower than monks when u dont have squires researched. Never the less they are faster than war elephants and are pretty tough in mass
19- Monks / Bombard cannons
Since "fervor" upgrade (15% faster for monks) doesnt work in aoc (bug), their max speed is as slow as bombard cannons
20- War Elephant -elite- (husbandry / mahouts)
Even with both upgrades done on those, war elephants are the slowest units, only a bit faster than siege units
21- Scorpion -heavy-
Faster than rams and onagers
22- Siege Rams / Mangonel line
If using mongols, "drill" research makes them faster than trebs, a bit slower than archers
23- Battering Ram / Capped Ram
These units are as slow as it gets

"Since franks don't get squires, the throwing axeman unit is slow compared to other infantry, and by default slower than archers"

I have just looked at the tech tree, and franks get squires? This is in AoF, so I don't now if it is different...

I think he meant that you wrote "Conquistador is the slowest of cavalry" while War Wagon (which you listed below) also belongs to the cavalry category and it is even slower. You should probably change this line into "... second slowest cavalry" or something, to keep consistency.

There is no mistake .. war wagons are slow .. you can test it out
