Knightmare Industries presents the PROTOGEN Stealth Ship. The ship is based on the namesake design from The Expanse, but with alterations made to make it a better fit for Space Engineers. It isn't a replica, so much as an interpretation of the design through the lens of Space Engineers. The design uses three mods, MCRN PDC's, Large Ship Railguns, and the Epstein Drive.

The ship has a full interior, and a reactor room which I'm very pleased with. The hull is heavy armor, and there are 2 fixed forward firing railguns, 4 Rocket Launchers, 14 MCRN PDC's, 4 Gatling Turrets, and 6 Interior Turrets. The propulsion is the Epstein Drive, supported by vanilla thrusters, both Ion and Hydrogen.

It is survival ready, with an interior in the style of "The Expanse." I use a light changing script to switch around the interior light settings. Its an older script and I couldn't find the original creator. The script was updated by ColTeH for my use. There are also a few other program and timer blocks if you need them. You may have noticed already, but the ship uses DLC blocks.

Please feel free to modify the ship to fit your in game needs. Just be sure to give credit to the original creator.


I've wanted to make this ship for so long. It is, unfortunately, a very difficult design. The angles in the canon design don't exist in Vanilla SE, plus the shape is unusual and asymmetric. So I threw making it a replica out the window and instead built the best Space Engineers version of the ship I could. Even at that, it took a while to get the shape down. I hope you all enjoy it, as well as the upcoming season 4 of The Expanse.
