Bayern 4-2-3-1 Don Jupp

Description
In honor to the great "Don Jupp" this is my version of a ballorientated, offensive and aggressive 4-2-3-1 like the Bayern played under Jupp Heynkes somewhen around 2011. Just with some slight modifications to modern playstyle ;)

~ this tactics comes with my corner setpieces preinstalled! ~

To use this in lower leagues - just optimise the positions to your needs.

For example you will struggle to find ball playing defender in the 6th tier of england.
To this, simple swap:
BPD(defend) -> CD(defend).
IF(support) -> Winger(support)
Sweeper Keeper(attack) -> Goakeeper (defend)

after the update from 03.december it seems that this tactic is still working.
No excessive yellow cards for example...

please give it a try, comment your results with this and dont forget to vote if you like it!
big thanks!

@TimmyNeutron: yes. you can find some guides about training, i tried some of them but didnt find any advantage for me. maybe because my players aren´t long enough in my team to be developed :steamhappy:

@peranco Ty for your answer will definitely follow that advice on individual training, team training all get's handled by your staff I suppose then ?

@TimmyNeutron: i do individual training by myself. first i edit the "Rest"-Screen as following. no pitch, half, normal, double, double. then i switch all players to automatic training intensity. now to the "individual"-screen. Here i set all players to train "playing position". i never change that whatever my staff is recommending inside the emails. only thing you can do is to admit the advice on individual focus. and thats all.

Hi, really like that tactic, switched the Midfielders to two central midfielders in support, and also the WB to support. Let's say the Austrian League has a new Aprex Predator. My questions are more aimed to training, do you have a certain training schedule benefitting this tactic the most ?
