Description
This mod changes casus belli and the way you declare wars.
Most CBs have been removed.
The following CBs are still in the game;
> All Plot-Related CBs
> All "Starting Wars", for example the Norman Invasion
> The Liberation Revolters

Claims related to dependencies of kings and emperors are completely irrelevant. This means that you cannot attack a non-independent duchy, county or barony. However if they are independent you may declare war.
There are of course some restrictions,
> The target has to be your neighbour
Then one of these must be true,
> The target is a rival of yours ( You hate each other, what more reason could you possibly need? )
> The target is of your religion and culture ( for unification, example; Ireland or Wales )
> The target is not of your religious group ( Deus Vult! )
> You and the target are Muslim but of different denominations ( Normal Holy War does )

Whether you win, lose or white peace out of the war, you will gain all occupied provinces. The enemy will too.
For example if you control Gascony and Normandy as England, France occupies Gascony but you occupy Anjou, then France will take control of Gascony and you of Anjou, no matter who wins the war.

To declare war you need to pay your yearly income x4. This is to simulate how expensive wars were in history(they were REALLY expensive in reality)

You may of course incorporate this mod into you own for personal use
If you plan to publish a mod using files gotten from this mod, please contact me and ask for permission

That's all this mod really does. The aim was to reduce the constant warfare that normally happens. Since you gain all subholdings when occupying just the one on top, this mod really doesn't increase border gore, it instead tries to lessen border gore.

This isnt working for me, when i end a war i do not get occupied provinces. The war also does not cost any money. I have tried launching the game only using this mod and it didn't work so it is not a mod conflict.

honestly I haven't tried it with the Mongol Invasions. I usually don't play with any invasion on(by turning them off in Game Rules). So it could very well have changed the invasions. Nothing has been done on purpose to excel or slow down their advance

does it somehow change the Mongolian invasion or make it better? (Historically, the Mongolians kept Poland, but in the game they got stuck in the Western Protectorate... who the Chinese Protectorate controls the spawn area. Or they don't have enough prestige anymore and so they stop 400 kilometers before the Ural Mountains and finally disintegrate ...)

You also have to border them
