Ported over from gm_joker_stairs.bsp in GMod

Was a pain in the a$$ to compile; had to rip out the skybox and re-do it from scratch!

The OG map was not big either; was just the stairs and buildings on both ends

Keep that in mind when planning camera shots

Otherwise, enjoy!
