Kaiserreich - Marcel Cachin as 1936 Jacobin Leader

Description
As simple as the title says : this submods replaces Marcel Déat with Marcel Cachin as the Jacobin leader in the 1936 French election.

Déat as a Jacobin makes no sense to me, as he never was anything remotely close to a Leninist. He would make much more sense as a Sorelian.

This mod should be compatible with anything that does not changes the French events and their localisation.

Deat even founded a collaboration front with the Axis in WWII. KR has a trend with turning Third position leaders into Totalists, so maybe it's just going along with that trend but it makes absolutely no sense in the French political situation.
