[1.5] [Sub-MOD] RT Power Switch add Japanese Translation

This Mod is adding a Japanese translation to the original Mod "RT Power Switch".

The original Mod was created by Ratysz.
This Modmod does not include the core part of the original Mod.
Only Japanese translation files are included.


新しい研究「非常用電源」(RT Mods の研究タブ):
ブレーカースイッチで、非常用電源を有効にすると、接続された電力網の電力が不足すると非常用電源のスイッチが自動的にオンに切り替わり、電力網からバッテリーが完全に充電されると非常用電源のスイッチが自動的にオフになります。

新規にゲームを開始すせずに、既存のセーブに追加したり削除する事が可能です。
(ただし最初のロードの際に1回だけエラーが表示される可能性があります。)
