This issue has been addressed many times before here and I really do not know:
- why it still is not fixed by the map creator;
- why Valve doesn't setup a decent quality review before putting this immature map part of the official DZ rotation cycle. It's something I haven't seen in 20 years of CS. I already addressed this several times at Valve's customer feedback team, but Valve does not respond nor act upon my customer feedback.
In my opinion, only maps with correct hitboxes on all objects should be permitted for release. It should be a basic MUST HAVE requirement that has been met before releasing it.
