Bring the boat's electrical grid online using the button on the navigation console or the red switch in the engine compartment. To begin charging the batteries from auxiliary power press the orange switch in the airlock/berthing compartment Pressing the two overhead buttons toggles the upper and lower hatch lockout. A red indicator prevents anyone from opening the hatch and flooding the ship while en route. A green indicator means anyone can enter or exit the shuttle even if undocked.
