DeepRim Power Transfer

Description
A simple patch to give the underground lifts of DeepRim power production capabilities.

Each lift will generate 1200 watts of power, the same as a mineshaft on the surface consumes. There is also a second shaft type (Power Shaft) available from the Mining Shaft dropdown menu. It is faster to build and requires only steel so there's no chance of breakdown, but does not transfer items down the shaft.

Without making a .dll patch it's not possible to change a lot of the default behavior. This means there is no checking to see if the surface mine is actually receiving power before sending power to the underground side. It also means that the underground lift type can not be visually changed for the Power Shaft.

Must be loaded after DeepRim. Original mod and credit to meowmeow on the Ludeon forums.

When trying to deconstruct the power shaft on the surface to move it, the bar fills up, the game momentarily pauses, and then... it remains and the character tries to deconstruct it again. Also trying to use console commands, nothing happens.

@thundercraft You're correct. When I originally made this mod there was no steam version to link, only the one from Ludeon forums. I never came back and updated it with the continued steam version, but it should be fixed now.

If this requires "DeepRim", then should that bit listed on the right side under "REQUIRED ITEMS"?

Can anyone with issues on the production tab please post their modlist and perhaps a screenshot in the "Troubleshooting Logs" discussion thread? I can't reproduce the issue in the vanilla game or with any of my 100+ active mods.
