Description
This is a blueprint of one of the two 1997 Mercedes Benz ML320s used in Jurassic Park 2. The version shown is called 'Santana' and it was modified for the Gathers so that it could drive and navigate across Isla Sorna and carry equipment used to study dinosaurs. Such modifications include the back end been cut out and turned into a pickup as well as a light bar and cargo boxes mounted on the sides of the vehicle.

The Santana Mercedes was one of four vehicles used by the Gathers. The other vehicles include the Fleetwood RV Mobile Lab and another Mercedes ML 320 called 'Fontana' (links to vehicles down below). There was also another Mercedes called 'Montana' that got left behind due to the lack of a driver as one of the Gathers had already reached the island. Montana could be seen in the workshop scene where it was being modified.

The Santana Mercedes would end up being destroyed after saving three of the Gathers from being killed after the RV Mobile Lab got pushed over the side of a cliff by a pair of T-Rex. During the incident the driver Eddie was killed by the two T-Rex resulting in the Mercedes being pulled over the side of the cliff with the RV. The Fontana Mercedes was destroyed in an earlier scene just before the RV was pushed over. The Montana Mercedes is presumably still intact.

Quick Tip : Always make sure that your gun is not caught up in netting while around two angry T-Rexs who want to kill you.

No problem. Its a good mod to use (add to cargo trucks in the bed and so on).

I might update these in the future but for now I am trying to focus on building my IRL rocket replicas.

Any plans to update or recreate these Lost World blueprints? I might try with one of the Mercedes just to see what can be done with exterior.

If you do plan to remake, I would recommend using the "freight" containers mod (larger single container versions of what is in DP2 but meant for use on rovers and ships), which looks decent for exterior vehicle storage.

Thats because Bolisarus these blueprints were published before the update when small block command seats and windows were introduced. Also you can pilot these vehicles by accessing the remote control block.

There is no point to this as it cannot be piloted the only seats in it are passenger seats, the same goes for the models in the links, although to be fair they are well built.

If you mean how do you spawn it, you press F10. If you mean how to physically built this particular car you use a protector connected to a landing gear.
