SRTS Expanded Realism Patch

Description
Changes various aspects of the entire SRTS line to make the experience more immersive.

What does this do?
- Substantially increases the cost of the ships, and slightly changes the recipes. You probably don't need this unless you want these shuttles to be really end game.

What about rebalancing work amount?
Geothermal generator takes 200, and SKIP only 120.
new values could be multiplied by 4 for light ships and 2-3 for ones that already require ~500 work.
