Description

This mod semi-randomizes all the localisation entries in HoI4.
It's Ironman-compatible.
it's only semi-random because if it were perfectly random, then a simple "No" localisation may be replaced with an ugly wall of text from some news event. Not cool. The randomization on this mod is "weighed" to only randomly swap entries of similar length.
