flyfire2002 Guns for Combat Extended

My own extension to Combat Extended Guns. The following weapons are added:

- M2 Carbine
- PPSh-41
- MG-42

- Stoner 63 LMG
- RPK-16

- QBZ-95 (AR)
- QBB-95 (LSW)
- QBU-88 (DMR)

The WWII guns are to fill some niches: a rifle-like PDW, a high-cap SMG, and a high ROF MG.

Stoner and RPK-16 is to complement assault rifles (M16 and AK-12) in their respective calibers, reducing the amount of different calibers your colonists need to stockpile.

The three Chinese weapons are added following the same philosophy, shared among them 5.8mm caliber cartridges. The last five aren't particularly strong, but it makes good role play I guess.

Feedback is welcome, but just keep in mind I probably won't add any new weapons.
