Darkest Night SK Steam

This is unofficial Steam conversion of Darkest Night SK mod by Skyarkhangel that is part of Hardcore SK modpack[github.com] (August 2019).
As the mod is unauthorized, original mod author is NOT responsible for any errors that may occur in this mod. There are also some minor differences from the original mod (check change notes). This mod will be removed at the original mod's update or the modder's request.

This mod adds new hidden faction 'Darkness', and therefore cannot be added & removed from existing savefile.

Only blackness and your own screams remain...you cannot escape this fate.
The last thing you feel, before you fall into the Abyss, is your flesh being torn from your bones.

This mod adds several hours long event: all unlighted places will become pitch black, and invincible Eldritch horrors will arrive to prey on living humans, trashing unprotected electronics and doors in search of opportunity to catch colonists off-guard. They can only stay within darkness so colonists must protect themselves with nearby light source until the end of Darkest Night.

'Permanent Darkness' condition can be further tweaked on mod settings to make Darkness appear only when the sun is down.



To original mod author skyarkhangel, who literally made 100% of the code and original assets for this mod (what I did is actually remove some code to make it work as a standalone).
