How to get rich
Still work after the Beyond Update to be honest it works even better thanks to the reason that Items stack better

Step 1 is extremely easy, get into any spacestation in any system, doesn't matter the Economy or Race

Step 2 sit in the Landing Bay and wait for incoming Spaceships

Step 3 buy every single Wiring Loom from the Spaceships that you can get

Step 4 sell every Wiring Loom that you get at the Local Spacestation Trading Post

Step 5 repeat until the Value reached -77.8% or so (+- a few %)

Step 6 buy more Wiring Loom from Spaceship at the Spacestation Landing Bay for around 10-11k each per Loom

Step 7 fly outside, warp your Freigther right infront of the Station and wait at the Freighter landing Bay for incoming Ships and sell the Looms (swear to god that name is stupid af) to them for 5 times the price you bought them

Repeat until you reached a billion or so in 1-2 Hours

Reason why and how this works is, your Freigther isn't bound to the Local Prices so ship at that Landing Bay still give you the normal Value

Other Pros, you can get a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of S Ranked Ships all while doing this, if you see a nice one, just buy it

In case the name of the Tech Module or Wiring Loom or w/e its called changes again, this is what i mean ->

More comprehensive breakdown:

Mine a fuckload of cobalt. 20-40k regular cobalt, plus as much ionized cobalt as you can find if you're able to find a system that sells it. Tetracobalt can be processed into 750 ionized cobalt if you find it.

Use cobalt as your seed. Find a system with a good cobalt rate, sell ALL of it at once so the market crashes to -80% value. Buy your cobalt back. Jump from system to system doing this until you have about 10 million. Then dump your cobalt and fill your inventory with as many wire looms as you can buy. Now start system hopping to systems that sell looms, dump all your looms onto the market at once to crash the price and then buy back for a fraction of what you paid.

I've done this for a few hours now, and I'm bringing in about 20 million units each system for about 2-5 mins of effort.

this guide takes quite a bit of money to start out with so it will only work if you have a freighter and around ten million credits i have already started this guide if you crash the economy in the system you are in and purchase every single wiring loom from everyone you meet in system you can use this to crash the economy down to -98% and then purchase everything cheap at the station then you sell it really expensive at your freighter because you have an alternate economy on it WARNING: you will lose money to start out with but you will gain it back later

You can get some extra buy stocking up your ship as well and sell that to pilots before crashing the economy, it wont affect the economy. After about 100 warps from a new game you should have full inventory and billions of units, this is manageable within a few hours of game time.

This still works, you crash the economy in the system, but your own freighter has its own economy, and selling to pilots dont affect the economy, but there is a better way. You need about 10 million. Buy all looms you can from space station. Warp to a new star, you can buy the stuff to make warp cells at the station. Upgrade inventory slot if you dont have all, preferably storage slot. Check if there is a traveler there if you dont have finished that part yet. Then sell looms to space station terminal. Instantly buy all of it back. You will make a small profit, which you use to buy more looms then what you sold. Buy looms from pilots if you have money over and free inventory slots. Fly to new system, upgrade inventory, sell looms, buy looms, fly to new system, rinse repeat. You get money, inventory slots, meet travelers, can check for upgrades, get some extra nanites for exploring new stars, and you can do the atlas quest meanwhile if you want.

I will one up Penguin there because the balancing has been resolved. Update guide or mark as obsolete as I went completely backwards with this.

Sorry but this shit didn't work. I brought 55 wiring looms for 3.1 million. They only sell at the galactic trade terminal for 1.3 million.

@ Reptoid Cock Sucker don't say that on the subreddit. those people are defending this game tooth and nail when it comes to any kind of criticism.

The ships stopped spawning. I went away to make them come back, then I walk up to a ship and it despawns in front of me.....
