Ghost Referee (GHOST PROBLEMS)

it's a g g g ghost!!!

Taken from a WWE13 quick look, two stories named GHOST PROBLEMS and GHOST PROBLEMS MORE made by dshban chronicled the story of a ghostly referee terrorizing a security guard, and occasionally a time-traveling Rock, teaching us that ghosts can't eat or die.

His moveset is taken from the normally unplayable referee character from WWE11, which I made a video about here:

An accurate AI was a bit tough to do since due to his movelist being glitched out, he wouldn't operate very well in the ring, so I just did what I could. I did however include his weird tendency to flip the opponent back and forth sometimes, like he did in the game.

- Ghost referee (Regular Show) (3P)
- Albiole referee (4P)
