Replaces the default speed sound warning with the speed warning chime from AE86.
I'm unsure how much will the volume of the chime suit you, made it to suit my needs. As for the frequency I think it is best that it stays same as the original otherwise it might become too annoying for some (and being my first mod I'm unsure where it can be actually changed).

Should be able to work with any of the default navigation voices. **It may have trouble with other (gps/navigation sound) mods that override the speed_signal.ogg file.**

@seekpeach I tried but I don't know how to work with FMOD, so is likely that it wont see an update

Sorry lads to disappoint but I have no idea how this FMOD sound stuff works, if someone is willing to take over and make it work for newest version I'd assign him contributor and give him the files for the mod.
