[BTE] Humpback

Description
A former military vessel, WH4-L3 "Humpback" has been outfitted to withstand most of the dangers in deep Europa. Her relatively high velocity is offset by low maneuverability. Still boasting an older model reactor, power needs to be supplemented by a backup battery array or the crew will find themselves unable to run all of the new equipment. this version is made by your good friend carl crawfish.

Alright, in order to recover my reputation as a submarine editor, I will begin working on something to let me repent for the sins of this ship. These sins are not lessened by the fact the "Blorf", made by the highly competent Windows XP, was allegedly inspired by this. I must redeem myself, so expect something soon. Maybe.
