Adds "parachutes" for the engineer.

How to use:
1) Add a Ripcord component to your inventory. Ripcords cannot be made in the assembler, they have to be spawned in through admin menu (Shift + F10)

2) When you drop the Ripcord from your inventory, you will be put into a parachute

Works on Dedicated Servers

UPDATE 1.1: Players now spawn with a Ripcord in their inventory. Also made parachute deployment more reliable at high speed

UPDATE 1.2: Slightly changed deploy method. Should be 100% reliable now. Let me know if you have issues

Known Issues: May cause a crash when used with mods that alter the Respawn system (like my RandomRespawns)
