Piston velocity controller for Meemy

Description
Allows extending and retracting a piston at a predefined speed for each action.

Use Run Command Arguments "toggle", "retract" and "extend" without the quotes to make it work.

update "pistonBlockName", "pistonVelExtend" and "pistonVelRetract" at the top of the script.
