Kaiserreich Submod - The Newer Washington

This is a small cosmetic sub-mod for Kaiserreich that dynamically changes the AUS focus tree for the coup and counter-coup paths.

Earl Long and "The Newer Washington" in the event of Huey Long's death (from either the Business Plot, Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory, or his natural death in 1952).

Lindbergh and "Back in Business" in the event of the counter-coup removing Pelley.

Smith and "The Reincarnated Commonwealth" in the event of Pelley's death (from either the counter-coup or his natural death in the 1950s).

On top of this, the standard "The Business Plot" and "Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory" focuses have received new icons displaying Moseley and Pelley, respectively.

Known bug: Viewing the descriptions of the "new" focuses shows their old icons (like Huey's instead of Earl's, etc.). This is a side effect of how the mod works, where it's basically just placing a new icon over the old focuses'. Can't do anything about it.
