thanks Swolo, because you I found my problem. admag and squin with 2 buildings in same place, and can't move with shift+f12 because game crash.

ok admag armor and weapon shop literally rendered as same building and building itself is causing crashes please fix this .

Finally made myself look into a way of fixing it, all it took was deleting one market stall surprisingly enough. May not require an import to work, but you will have to find out for yourself.
And as for the clutter reduction mod I haven't been able to get any endless loads so... oh well.

Yeah this still causes problems when used with 0.50x Clutter reduction mod though. Any idea why? Specifically in the Catun region once again. (Can't even start in Catun with a gamestart, infinite loadtime).

Oh nvm I must've seen that floating stall when I had Cities Rebalanced Disabled, I said nothing.

Hi Sheriff, It seems be some sort of mesh limit in the Catun area. I was able to fix it by disabling Tin and Tin_Small globally, Uranium_Small only in Boneyard region. And also putting Iron Ore Meshes back to normal sizes from genmod which fixed it mostly. There's still a loadtime bug here and there but it's not everytime in the region now. However I want to mention that there's a floating stall clipping inside a building in the Catun City.
