Cut Man - Mega Man Powered Up

Here is Cut Man from Mega Man Powered up! Now usable in SFM.

This is my first ever SFM port, so its not perfect by any means. However I tried to make it the best I could. I redrew every face texture so the resolution would look much better than the original, and there's 8 different skins for the various facial expressions.
