5x5 Wheel Rebalance

This mod increases the power of Large Grid 5x5 wheels slightly so they're actually somewhat more useful.

I have tried to keep it as reasonably balanced as possible - meaning they're not extremely overpowered, you won't be able to use a 2 million mass vehicle with only 4 wheels.

You don't have to be at 100% power at all times when using a 6 wheeled vehicle with 600K mass.
This extra power will allow you to ascend sloped terrain at a reasonable pace while also having spare power to possibly transport items around in larger quantities without taking away the challenge of trying to balance mass vs. the amount of wheels on the vehicle.
